Roles as the central focus point

The starting point of the design is the assertion that employees have to be able to operate today in an increasing number of roles (hierarchical roles, project roles and roles in the supply chain (primary process)). Thus, the basis of the design within the course is a division in 3 blocks (3 design blocks):

1) Manager / employee role
2) Working in projects
3) Working in the supply chain
