From Learning to Performing
A learning axis and a performance axis: To enable a number of things, in this type of design we do not address (only) the (traditional) training (individual learning), but more professionalization (performing). That is why we distinguish between a learning axis and a performance axis (also see the example of DSM). Subsequently through consulting and coaching support, transfer from individual learning (in the learning axis) to group performance (in the performance axis) is explicitly secured on the shop floor.
