Overall Alliance Philosophy
A problem in many organisations is the need for pragmatism, to not make things more complex than they already are.
In this context we "Members of Allign" find that:
- We do not want to make things complex, but do want to start from the basis that complexity is a given today.
- A holistic approach is therefore a conditio sine qua non.
- A number of activities should not be separated, but should be differentiated. We think among other things of:
» Running business (de shop) and project portfolio (the reconstruction). » Thet we need to be careful with making goal synonimous with result and making result synonimous to effect. » "Hard" (systems, work processes, etc.) and "soft" (culture, education, etc.). » That we need to be careful with making process synonimous to project.
- Thus overall, in most areas not or ... or, but rather and .... and.
- We should not (only) focus on the training (management development) of individuals, but rather on the professionalisation of the organisation.
- Key for success in every change management trajectory is: one language / one approach.
This is explained in detail in the Strategy Deplyment concept and in the thereof derived TOP professionalisation concept.
